iL MOLO Italian Kitchen & Bar is looking for a two fresh face to join our family.
We are on the river opposite the Bulimba Ferry Terminal.
iL MOLO is searching for experienced & enthusiastic wait & bar staff to join the team.
Ideally you'l have 2 years (or more) experience in a restaurant environment with, valid visa & RSA. On going training provided.
WAIT STAFF
2 years (or more) experience in a fast paced a la carte restaurant, valid visa & RSA, able to manage your own section, carry 3 plates, any food or beverage knowledge awesome but will provide training.
BAR STAFFF
2 years (or more) experience in a bar or restaurant environment with, valid visa & RSA, able to manage dispense of beer, wine & cocktails with some coffee experience but not necessary.
15-25hrs a week available for both positions
