JOB DESCRIPTION

ROCKSTARS WANTED! - 4pm-11pm (negotiable) - $50 PER HOUR!

As so many of you applied for the last Rockstar job, we have another shift this week to make sure we find the best Rockstars on the Gold Coast!

Manolas Brothers Deli Bar Bistro need Experienced Bartenders & Section Waiters to join a our team for the night of Friday 7th October to deliver an enjoyable experience for our restaurant guests.
Someone who arrives prepared, ready to bring good vibes and is naturally hospitable, with an engaging personality and takes pride in their work. 

We want to make sure our service is of the highest quality, so the shift time is negotiable from 4pm-11pm for the right candidates!

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience as a section waiter or cocktail bartender (Supervisor/Manager/Sommelier roles included)
  • Fluent English
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated and team-orientated
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • On point time management skills (arrive for the shift on time)
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to multitask
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate
  • Be able to manage fast paced service without getting overwhelmed
