· The Roles at Republic:There will be 4 positions available. You`ll be the face of our rooftop, always smiling and shaking cocktails. Solid understaning of how to be behind a bar counter. Current RSA and valid working rights.
· About the Republic Hotel: We are a vibrant hotel with sports bar, gaming room, fine dining, board room and rooftop cocktail bar. Located in the center of the CBD. 5 mins walk to Circular Quay we are an absolute destination for fine cocktail consumption, Bistro eats and an amazing DJ scene.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
