Rooftop at QT Melbourne is looking for a Duty Manager to assist the management team in maintaining a high operational standard, and provide an exceptional experience to our guests. The venue is quirky, fun, and highly popular. The venue is fast-paced, and requires a dynamic individual to make quick decisions on the job. Key Responsibilities
Ability to provide world-class customer service.
Maintain high-quality service standards, and venue cleanliness.
Ability to make decisions whilst maintaining the high paced environment.
Opening and closing the venue, while adhering to operational requirements.
Cash handling, including reconciliation.
Maintenance of wages and shift start and end times.
Creating, maintaining and editing SOP's alongside the management team.
Stock control, ordering, and auditing.
Ensure all staff follow workplace safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Restaurant and Bar industry in a management or supervisory role.
Minimum 1 years’ experience preparing cocktails.
Solid food, spirit, beer and wine knowledge.
Able to work in a rotating roster, over 5 normal working days.
