Blackstar Coffee Roasters is looking for a sales legend.. (a humble, engaging coffee pro who wants to help cafe owners do good things with their coffee service).
Like many local roasters, we were pretty smashed by COVID and the FLOODS; so we're putting together the right team to grow in this new season.
This coffee rep role entails building relationships with cafe owners around Brisbane.
If you've been slugging away on the bar for a while now and are looking to broaden your horizons, we'd love to chat with you.
This position is suited to someone who knows and loves all things "specialty" plus has an awareness of the Brisbane coffee market and cafe scene. Also - an awareness of the challenges facing cafe owners will help.
No experience in sales is needed however high-level social skills are necessary and whilst the interview won't require theatricals we will be looking for persona and also values alignment.
In terms of values - if you're interested - we'd love you to write a cover letter explaining who you are, what you're into, what you're not into, what makes you get out of bed in the morning etc.
