Spectapular Enterprises is seeking an ambitious and dynamic salesperson who has a passion for sponsorship sales and partnership management to join the team in the role of Partnership Executive for the famous, industry-leading GABS Craft Beer Festivals and its affiliated products.

About the Role
As GABS Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for driving partner and product sales across the extensive and fast-growing GABS portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be joining a small collaborative and ambitious team working in the incredibly vibrant craft brewery industry. You will use your creative and consultative partnership approach to create tailored packages and bespoke proposals for existing key accounts, as well as to drive new business.

Key Responsibilities
● Use a creative sales approach and market research to develop new leads and identify
growth opportunities.
● Manage and nurture existing partner relationships
● Engage with partners to understand their business needs and goals while developing
effective solutions to achieve those goals.
● Achieve individual sales targets.
● Daily maintenance of the company CRM system.
● Build a strong knowledge base of the local and international craft brewing industry
and rapport with all stakeholders.
● Proudly promote the GABS brand.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience and Skills
● A strategic and innovative thinker with excellent oral and written communication
skills
● Proven sales achiever with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience
● Prior experience in sponsorship sales, events sales or media sales is essential
● Great organisational skills, proactive attitude with high attention to detail

● Consultative, yet confident and persuasive with strong sales and negotiation skills.
● A strong and energetic team player who is an excellent self-motivator and strong
verbal and written communicator.
● Ability to work in a small but fast-paced environment and adapt to new trends and
opportunities.
