The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity at Spicers Tower Lodge. As the Food & Beverage Attendant / Section Waiter, you will be an integral part of delivering the bespoke Spicers Retreats experience to our guests.

About Spicers Tower Lodge

Spicers Tower Lodge will see the rebirth of a Hunter Valley icon. Following a $6m renovation, this valley favourite will welcome back local legends and global travellers alike with a food experience that is second to none. 

Inspired by the techniques and characteristics of the Basque region, our intimate restaurant will showcase the outstanding quality of Hunter Valley produce. We create an experience to mirror the Basque’s intrinsic connection to food and wine, creating memories and human connection to last a lifetime. Here's what you'll do

  • Showcase our dining offering to our guests with a passionate narration of dish components.
  • Suggest beverage options according to guests preferences.
  • Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role

  • Prior experience in a fine dining restaurant environment (essential).
  • A passion for food & wine.
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • A passion for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature.
