Our front of house team are confident, vibrant, and self-motivated professionals who are meticulous about service delivery.  With a genuine passion for wine, you'll be providing warm and friendly service, whilst ensuring your guests always enjoy a memorable dining experience.  Our focus is on continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences. Our team members work in excellent conditions and can expect to be in an environment that promotes the development of skills, knowledge and career advancement.  


RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Food & Beverage Attendant
Function/Banquet server
Host/Hostess
Sommelier
Waitstaff
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

ABOUT YOU   

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an a la carte restaurant environment 
  • Exceptional people skills and social awareness - guest service is the heart of your DNA.  
  • You are punctual, reliable, self-driven and a quick problem solver.  
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.  
  • In depth knowledge of both local and international wines.  
  • Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.  
  • Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.  
  • WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous 
  • Full unrestricted Australian work rights
