We have recently opened a multi-million dollar contemporary dining precinct within the Club to expand facilities further for Members and their guests. Tattersall’s continuing growth and evolution is hinged upon exciting initiatives that instil the Club’s brand virtues on new male and female audiences of tomorrow. 

Our priority is to develop a highly engaged and high-performing team under our newly appointed two-time Chef Hat winning Executive Chef and experienced Restaurant Managers to delight our members by creating exceptional food and bar experiences. 

Our new contemporary dining precinct will celebrate the fine traditions of the club whilst bringing a new energy and vibrancy to our dining offering. Featuring a brand new 100 seat dining room and bar with a stunning 30 seat private dining room the space will bring a number of new and exciting food and beverage offerings to our members.

We are looking for experienced, driven and focused Section Waiters to join our restaurants team. Casual and part-time opportunities available.

In the role of Section Waiter, you will provide high-quality service to our Members and guests, to ensure a premium dining and social experience. You will be an outgoing team player who thrives in a customer-centric environment. You will have a passion for leading and developing teams and creating a positive work culture. 

You will be competent in all F&B service skills including

• Showcase our dining offering to Members with profound knowledge of menus and dish components;
• In depth food and wine knowledge, including basic cocktail knowledge
• Ability to upsell and engage with customers 
• Create a personalised experience for our Members from start to finish;
• Have the availability to work over 5 days (Monday - Friday for lunch and dinner) with no weekend work in general unless special occasions
