We're Doju - an upscale, six month old, farm-to-table, Modern Korean restaurant on Little Collins St.
We're currently looking for an experienced section waiter to join us on our journey, running sections of around 20 guests in a formal dining environment.
The ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience in formal dining, exemplary food knowledge and a general command of wines and spirits.
From the very start, we've tried to make Doju not only a place we'd like to work, but a restaurant we'd all like to go to.
Pay is F&B Attendant Level 2, Grade 2, around 20 hours a week initially with many more for the right candidate. Awesome tips.
