Mister Bianco are seeking a part time/casual section waiter and food runner. 

Our Sicilian focussed business incorporates our restaurant, events, wine dinners, off-premise catering, retail product development, and Giuseppe’s Cooking School.  

We offer:

• Flexible rosters within very reasonable hours.  Potential for full time where a 4 day week can be negotiated.

• Closed Sunday and Mondays

We require:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with the ability to provide support to the wait staff as well. 
• An adaptive and resilient attitude to support our team through these tumultuous times. 
• A desire to help us grow our businesses in evolving ways whilst working within our brand framework.
• Current valid RSA, working rights visa, and an ability to get to and from Kew (never outside of public transport hours)

We will consider favourably cocktail preparation experience, coffee making skills and a strong passion for wine.

We require flexibile availaility from Tuesday to Saturday evenings and lunch Thursday and Friday.

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
