REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & experience

  • Passionate about our team and their work.
  • At least ONE year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally have a passion for customer service. 
  • Able to carry three plates;
  • Able to carry a tray; 
  • Experience with a high-volume bar/kitchen.
  • Valid RSA
  • Understanding that the role will require a range of different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Have a keen eye for detail

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Significant impact on customer experience; 
  • Good know-how of premium spirits and bev. offering or be willing to learn. 
  • Willingness to deliver excellent customer service at all times;
  • Keen on ensuring customer delight within the bar and restaurant;
  • Willingness to provide elevated experiences to our patrons;
  • Positive attitude & great work ethic;
