THE OPPORTUNITY.
We are currently looking for section waiters of all skill levels to work in TOPIKÓS, the newly established Greek Restaurant in Bondi Beach. The right candidates will have a passion for service and a genuine interest in fine food and wine, with a strong willingness to learn from some of the industry's best.
Currently trading from Wednesday to Sunday only, making this job perfect for anyone trying to achieve the goal of sustainable work/life balance. On top of this we offer an attractive pay structure, with generous tips, and the potential for sponsorship in the coming months.

Topikos Dining Room & Bar, a fresh modern venue that will breathe new life into dining in Bondi Beach. This new restaurant and bar opened its doors April 2022 and is making its presence known to locals and visitors to Bondin alike. Topikos, ‘local’ in Greek, is an exciting modern 80-seat Dining Room, with a large spacious 100 seat Bar and an outdoor terrace on the promenade for an additional 60.
