Petermen is a contemporary seafood restaurant (70 seats) that aims to champion our Australian producers (fish & vegetables).

We source sustainable fish direct from fishermen, dry age & dry handle it in our fish store - Fish Butchery, then will cook it expertly and simply for our guests.
