Section Waiter Role: As a Section Waiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for guiding guests through their dining experience, from seating to dessert, with professionalism and warmth. Your attention to detail and knowledge of our menu will enhance our guests' enjoyment and contribute to the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Section Waiter):

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Present menus and explain menu items, making recommendations as needed.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section.

Bartender Role: As a Bartender, you will craft exceptional cocktails and beverages that complement our Italian cuisine. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the bar's ambiance and ensure a memorable experience for our guests. You will also uphold our standards of service, providing knowledgeable recommendations and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

Key Responsibilities (Bartender):

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to suggest and recommend drinks that complement their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all legal requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements (Both Positions):

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and cocktails (for Bartender).
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
