Nestled in the bustling streets of one of Sydney’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, this venue has been serving our local patrons for years and is about to launch our newest restaurant - Chez Blue. 

Set to cater to our locals, this beautiful 90-seat a la carte restaurant will ignite the senses and bring back fond memories of dining on the streets of Paris, with warm service and an authentic French approach to relaxed dining.

Separate to the restaurant, the venue also has a public bar which will create French-inspired pub classics, offering guests the opportunity for a quick snack or dinner whilst enjoying a night out with friends.

The Role
  
Our incredible new venue is on the hunt for career section waiters who have worked in some of Sydney's best restaurants to bring their passion for customer service and their love of hospitality to our newest venue.

Having worked in some of Sydney's best restaurants, you have hospitality in your DNA and strive to create a warm, friendly and memorable guest experience with each service.  With a loyal local following of neighbourhood patrons, we are looking to create warm, friendly and engaging service that is well executed and builds strong relationships within our local community. 

Passionate about wine? Our new venue will have an exceptional list, curated by some of the industry's best sommeliers and this an opportunity for you to showcase your excellent knowledge to our patrons or take part in some of our incredible beverage training sessions to upskill. 

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience working as a Section Waiter or Runner within restaurants and be looking to join an organisation where they can learn and grow.
