With many ingredients grown outside the window in perhaps the suburb's only kitchen garden, our menu is alive to the seasons, always ripe with elegant simplicity and perfect for sharing. A local favourite, Chiswick is Matt Moran's philosophy of honest produce, artful cooking and warm atmosphere brought to life.
Matt Moran works closely with Head Chef, Taylor Cullen to develop the seasonal menus based on what's growing the garden. An avid supporter of inspirational local and regional producers, he believes the unique stories of growers and farmers makes eating so much more special.
Behind all of his endeavours lies a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and if it’s out of season, it’s not on the menu – unless of course it’s the Moran family lamb. Sustainably sourced from Matt's fourth generation farm in the Central tablelands NSW, it has been on the menu since we launched and is still a Chiswick favourite today.
The Role
We are on the hunt for career section waiters who have worked in some of Australia’s most elite hatted restaurants and casual fine dining establishments to bring their passion for dining and their love of hospitality to our elite venue.
Your attention to detail & care for the customer experience will be at your priority. With a mix of clientele ranging from locals and foodies, to special occasion diners and friends getting together for a stellar dining experience, your passion for service will be ignited here.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience, working for some of Sydney's most prestigious restaurants, however training and mentoring is also provided to help you hit the ground running.
