ABOUT WHERE WE WORK
A part of the Colonial Leisure Group, The Albert Park Hotel spans over two levels. Our stylish cocktail bar embraces the suburb’s inner-city charm with a leisurely atmosphere, impressive wine list and expertly crafted cocktail menu. Happy Valley is the centrepiece of the Albert Park Hotel, serving up Modern-Chinese classics utilising the best Australian produce.

In addition to our training and career pathways, our online Academy – Mise en Place - can provide eligible team members with recognized Certificates in Hospitality, you will be able to work and study at the same time. These courses include:
• Certificate III Hospitality
• Apprenticeship in Front of House
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
REQUIREMENTS
If you have experience, we definitely want to meet you. If you don’t but are keen to learn, we’d love to meet you as well. An outgoing, friendly and “can-do” attitude are the only prerequisites. In-house training, guidance and development will be provided by our established management team.
