JOB DESCRIPTION

Perched atop the buzzing Byron streets and just meters back form legendary main beach, The Balcony Bar & Oyster Co. evokes the easy going surf culture that Byron Bay is famous for.

This ionic restaurant is headed by celebrity chef Sean Connolly, who has previously won The Good Food Guide Chef of the Year and has numerous restaurants in Australia and New Zealand. The diverse menu reflects the venue’s beachscape and the relaxed lifestyle of the Byron community with a cocktail menu championing local distillers such as Husk, Brookies and Lord Byron with the support of our mates from Stone & Wood brewery.

About the role

  • Maintain high standards
  • Assist in the efficient restaurant operations
