D.O.C Group are looking for individuals to join our floor team in Carlton! We’re expanding our team at D.O.C Southbank at 6 Riverside quay, and D.O.C Espresso at 326 Lygon Street and we are looking for full-time, part-time and casual team members to assist with day to day operations.

About us:
D.O.C Group is, and has been a Lygon street institution since 1997. We have since grown to a 7 Venue company across Carlton, Southbank and Mornington in Victoria and Surry Hills in Sydney. We’re expanding our group and we’re looking for great new additions to our team to continue our growth.

About the role:

day to day operations will include:

• Managing clients as a section waiter with overall responsibility for client satisfaction.
• Providing recommendations and customer education on all menu items, bar items and ingredients.
• Providing enthusiastic and unapologetically Italian customer service to our clientele.
• Function and large group booking hosting, set menu service.
• working alongside our kitchen to maintain the flow of service
• Contributing to team morale, maintaining a positive, high energy environment.
• Working alongside team management in generating sales.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic Work environment for the team. Enforcing hygiene standards in the workplace.

• Current RSA certificate
