We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Front Office Assistant Manager to join our Hotel team and work at the region’s newest luxury hotel; Ardo.
About the role:
As a Senior Front Office Assistant Manager, you will provide operational support to the Front Office Manager by overseeing the Front Office teams. You will be responsible for managing an effective team of professionals including completion of rosters, reports, and timesheets, identify opportunities to implement change, ensure customer complaints are promptly investigated and resolved fostering a positive outcome and greet all guests as a representative of the Senior Management Team.
