We’re looking for passionate and guest-focused Front of House professionals to join the opening team at Ember Sorrento a refined coastal restaurant celebrating expertly grilled steak and the freshest seafood.

About The Roles

  • A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

  • Adaptability during high-volume service periods

  • Passion for hospitality and professional growth

  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
