We’re looking for passionate and guest-focused Front of House professionals to join the opening team at Ember Sorrento a refined coastal restaurant celebrating expertly grilled steak and the freshest seafood.

About The Roles
We are seeking dedicated Front of House team members to help us bring the Ember experience to life.
Positions available:
Assistant Venue Manager (AVM)
Duty Manager (DM)
Section Waiters
Food Runners
All roles are key to ensuring Ember operates with seamless precision, genuine warmth, and world-class service.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Experience in premium or high-volume restaurant environments
A strong understanding of exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Adaptability during high-volume service periods
Passion for hospitality and professional growth
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
