What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a quality restaurant or hospitality environment
A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality, with a strong knowledge of seasonal produce and classic dishes
Confident in making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-end service environment
RSA certification and full Australian working rights
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
