JOB DESCRIPTION

As we continue to grow, Margaret is looking for experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join our exceptional front-of-house team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of Sydney’s leading hospitality venues, working alongside Chef Neil Perry and a dedicated team that prides itself on excellence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a quality restaurant or hospitality environment

  • A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality, with a strong knowledge of seasonal produce and classic dishes

  • Confident in making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience

  • Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude

  • Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-end service environment

  • RSA certification and full Australian working rights

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
