JOB DESCRIPTION

Margaret and Gran Torino by Neil Perry is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Sommelier to lead our wine program and bring a passion for service and hospitality to our front-of-house team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-quality venue that values professionalism, creativity, and genuine guest engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a sommelier, with a solid background in fine dining
  • Strong wine knowledge and a genuine passion for wine and service
  • WSET or CMS certification is preferred but not essential—enthusiasm and expertise matter most
  • Confident, professional presentation and communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience mentoring or managing junior staff
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
  • A calm, composed demeanor under pressure and a dedication to delivering memorable guest experiences

As Senior Sommelier, you’ll be responsible for curating and managing our wine list, providing expert recommendations to guests, training staff, and helping shape the overall beverage program in alignment with Neil Perry’s vision.
