We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our team and assist the Head Chef with kitchen operations and crew management on a day-to-day basis. By planning, organising, managing, and guiding the crew to Manolas Brothers Bistro standards, you will ensure that every section of the kitchen functions at maximum efficiency. You'll be a motivated and dynamic hospitality professional and consistently lead by example to effectively motivate a team. Lovely local clientelle and a very supportive team. Very stable business in successful operation for over 27 years.
