JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waiter to join our team at ESSA.

ESSA is known for delivering a bold, produce-driven dining experience paired with warm, professional service. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and has a genuine love for food and wine.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Who you are:

  • You’ve got serious experience (2+ years) in premium or fine dining.

  • Food and wine aren’t just part of the job, they’re part of your DNA.

  • You know how to read a table, lead a section, and deliver the kind of service people remember.

  • You thrive under pressure, keep cool, and bring energy to every service.

  • Bonus points if you’ve got WSET or similar, but real passion trumps certificates.
