4 Pines Beer was born over a decade ago from a casual conversation between a father and son, post-surf, who simply wanted an exceptional beer, and options were limited; a little Brew Pub in Manly followed soon after. Fast-forward to today and our hand-crafted, award-winning beers are available across Australia.

To be well equipped for success in the Shift Manager role, you'll need a few key skills...

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with clear communications.
• At least a year or two of supervisor/management experience in a bar/restaurant setting.
• Able to motivate and train a team of staff.
• Friendly, positive and approachable attitude.
• Good banter and up for a challenge.
• Genuine interest in all things beer.
• Able to work a mix of day and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Have a valid NSW RSA and unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
