Shift Supervisor/ 2IC 

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our youthful and energetic team. An understanding of the 'business' side of Hospitality, along with the drive to work hard and gel with a team of rockstars will be advantaeous.

Key Tasks include

• Assting the Manager with the day to day operations of the venue
• Leading and motivating FOH & BOH team
• Assisting the Venue Manager with stock control and ordering 
• Assisting the  Venue Manager in the development and execution of future events that drive revenue growth in the restaurant and improve its public profile
• Ensuring house service standards and policies are maintained to a high level on shift
• Exceeding customer expectations through first class effortless customer service
• Help the Venue Manager in achieving labour, sales and all other KPI targets 

What you bring

• 2 years hospitality or retail experience 
• Strong appreciation of music, art and board sports culture
• Solid understanding of great customer service
• Sharp wit and good banter
• An open mind and out of the box thinker
• Are a local to the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney

Working Hours

25-30 hours per week, candidate dependent. Hours will be days, nights and weekends.

This role is flexibilie in hours for the right candidate. It would suit a student or similar. 

Access to a your own vehicle and a currnet drivers license will be an advantage but not a requiremnet
