The Pancake Parlour is a Melbourne based, family-owned business that has been operating since 1965. A company stacked with development opportunities, we are currently seeking new Shift Supervisors to join our leadership team at our newest location - Southland!

Working a mix of cooking, floor, bar and supervisory shifts means that no two days are ever the same, and all training is provided on the job. When rostered as a Shift Supervisor, they are responsible for overseeing a team of up to 12 team members, including wait/bar staff, kitchen hands and cooks.

You will thrive in this role if you:

• have experience working in hospitality (previous supervisory experience advantageous)
• aren't afraid to get on the tools and get your hands dirty

The Shift Supervisor's main focus is ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. They also have accountability for the following statistics on their shifts:

• Cost of wages
• Average spend per customer
• Total gross profit
• Number of up-sells and second orders

Previous Hospitality or retail supervisor experience is advantageous.
