The iconic Skinny Dog Hotel is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to oversee and organise Beverage offering in a sleek new rooftop space at the in High Street Kew.
With an expected August opening, we are looking to welcome suitors immediately to contribute to setting up the hotel's operations for a successful start & beyond.
The Skinny Dog Hotel is a traditional pub & bar with an exciting new modern rooftop space. Established in 1873, the historic hotel is undergoing a complete renovation with a la carte dining and function space upstairs, breathing lots of new life into the hotel whilst keeping the traditional pub spirit downstairs.
This will be a newly created position to work alongside our current venue management team. As a newly created position, the role; is designed for an assistant manager wanting to make their mark focusing on delivering a high level of customer service in a fun environment.
The role is a Fulltime position that will require you to be involved in staff/training, events & promotions. You will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations and running of this developing venue. We are looking for candidates that can lead a team and create positive and genuine interactions and experiences for our guests.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
