About the Opportunity

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Social Media & Digital Content Manager to join our team.

Reporting to our Communications + PR Manager, this role will be joining the Marketing team at an exciting time of growth for the business.

The role of the Social Media & Digital Content Manager is to create, plan and execute content that is not only engaging but also aligns with The Boathouse Group brand and overarching marketing & business objectives. The role manages content across all Boathouse social media channels.  As a key member of the marketing team, the Social Media & Digital Content Manager will work closely with The Boathouse Group team members & stakeholders to generate ideas and produce creative and fresh content that can be shared across the various digital platforms.

This opportunity will work across all venues (from Central Coast through the Northern Beaches to Rose Bay) and requires flexibility in working hours depending on the nature of content required.  You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle for this role.

About You

We are seeking someone who has fantastic social media content experience, you don’t have to have years and years but you do need to be professionally skilled.  If you have hospitality experience this will be a bonus, however a passion for excellent quality of service, food and drinks is an absolute must in our business.

You will be able to demonstrate creativity, speedy execution and excellent stakeholder management skills.  This is an exciting time for a dynamic individual to join our business and marketing team.
