We are on the hunt for an experience Sommelier to join us at Como - an exciting new Fish Lane venue opening in December!
As a member of the restaurant team, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks to the bar and restaurant. You’ll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.
With an extensive wine list featuring French, Italian and Australian wines, the venue will feature a unique offering. Expect approximately 30 - 35 hours per week with weekend availability essential.
Experience COMO - Brisbane's most anticipated new opening of Summer 2023. Nestled in the Fish Lane precinct, Como will bring a taste of Italy in a unique setting. Setting the scene is the showcase central bar area where patrons who 'want to be seen' can enjoy a drink or casual dining, surrounded by the restaurant which will seat approximately 110 people, featuring intimate booth seating for couples or groups and a private dining room.
Open for Lunch and Dinner 6 days/wk - Tuesday - Sunday
