The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate

• Good personal presentation, efficient, passionate
• A minimum of 7 years in professional kitchens
• Role requires high-level organisation
• People and time management skills
• Enthusiasm for the industry
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
• A positive 'can do' attitude with a passion to create unique & memorable experiences
• Trade Qualified with demonstrated experience in a similar venue, with High Standards
• Available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays
