Key Responsibilities are...
-Responsible for the running of the kitchen service
-Stock control, stock take and wastage control
-Staff leadership and mentoring
-Experience in both hotel bistro and function service
-Flexible hours are required
-Coordinate and implement food hygiene and quality requirements
- Experience in menu design and development

This role will is best suited to an experienced Sous Chef with minimum Certificates 3 and 4
