Tonic on Chirn is a boutique Cocktail & Tapas Bar nestled on the north of the Gold Coast in Chirn Park. Loved by locals for our contemporary take on relaxed share plate dining, our wine and beer selection, and our amazing cocktails.
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the team and work alongside our Head Chef to provide our guests an exceptional experience.
This is a casual role with Fri/Sat/Sun being key working days. Occasional additional shifts throughout the week may arise as business needs dictate, which you will be compensated for on top of your salary.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate chef looking to develop thier skillset and expand their knowledge base. The role will be predominanly acting as a 2IC to our Head Chef, however there will be times where you will be required to work autonomously and manage the kitchen.
This position pays competitve hourly rates with plenty of opportunity for training and career development. We are hoping to have a canidate on board asap to allow for training from our Head Chef.
