A part of the Colonial Leisure Group, The Albert Park Hotel spans over two levels. Our stylish cocktail bar embraces the suburb’s inner-city charm with a leisurely atmosphere, impressive wine list and expertly crafted cocktail menu. Happy Valley is the centrepiece of the Albert Park Hotel, serving up Modern-Chinese classics utilising the best Australian produce.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
· Ability to excel in a high volume, high-pressure environment
· Possess common sense and a mature attitude
· Passion for produce and innovation with food
· A drive to elevate the venue's profile through outstanding product development and delivery
· Have all relevant industry certifications
· Ability to work autonomously and to budget with the Head Chef
· Ability to lead and motivate your team effectively
· A solid background in functions and events
· Maintain high standards of product consistently
· Time management and organisational skills
· Maintaining high and consistent standards of products
