Xenia is the region’s leading group of Greek restaurants. We currently hold the Restaurant & Catering Association award for Best Greek – South East Queensland.
In business for 6 years, and with two very busy Greek restaurants – Xenia Coolangatta & Xenia Casuarina, we are opening our third venue on the northern end of the Gold Coast in Main Beach. This will be a state of the art restaurant posing a brand new kitchen with the best facilities.
We are looking for a chef who is interested in joining an organisation that offers genuine careers and growth opportunities withing the hospitality industry. The position is also open to sous chefs who are looking for the new step in their career.
Candidates must possess the following:
Experience in running busy services
Ability to maintain the kitchen at a 5-star food safety standard
Maintaining a high morale amongst their team
Drive the kitchen brigade to achieve business goals
Be calm under pressure
