Cooly Breeze Rooftop is a Mediterranean fine dine cuisine restaurant & bar located on level 13th of Beachcomber International Resort in Coolangatta with the best ocean views overlooking to Coolangatta beach and best atmosphere to work.
We are on the lookout of a motivated and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. Working alongside the head chef, you will be included in contributing to cooking on pans and grill, planning, section management, maintaining stock levels & ordering, maintaining a clean environment, complying with health, food and safety regulations.
Great opportunities to develop your skills in a Mediterranean fine dine cuisine. Great work life balance, busy but small restaurant with beautiful views and the kitchen usually closes between 8:30pm - 9pm.
You will be reporting to the Head Chef and will have additional duties:

Salary based on experience.
