JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

Working as part of a large brigade & in a state of the art 2 hat kitchen, as Sous Chef you will be instrumental in leading the managing the overall kitchen operation, as well as the preparation of ingredients for service, working across multiple sections in the kitchen, maintaining HACCP, assisting with training and development, ordering, rostering and working cohesively as part of a team. It is here that you will master your craft and excel your kitchen management experience. 

We are on the hunt for experienced Sous Chefs, with fine dining in their DNA ,who have worked in some of Australia’s most elite hatted kitchens to bring their passion for fine dining and their ability to work across multiple sections to our brigade. Your attention to detail & love of the fine dining game will invigorate your skills & motivate your drive for working in one of Australia’s most respected establishments.
