We’re scouting for a Sous Chef who will help lead our culinary team to victory.

You’ll be the vice-captain of the kitchen, backing up the Head Chef and rallying the team to deliver game-winning plates every service.

 

Key Plays:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations and decision-making
  • Manage inventory and prep schedules
  • Above $77,000 salary, excluding super
  • Lead, train, and inspire the BOH team to deliver excellence
  • Make sure every plate and prep bench reflects our best-in-class brand

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
  • Leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Cool under pressure with a sharp focus on quality and consistency
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
