Nobu Matsuhisa’s acclaimed Japanese Peruvian restaurant Nobu is the jewel amongst the restaurants of Crown Melbourne. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to join team with one of the most recognised high end dining brands in the world.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef in the day to day operation of the kitchen as well as providing leadership and coaching to your team. You must be highly motivated and focused with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be customer focused and enjoy the challenge of working for an internationally renowned restaurant brand.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
