About You
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience, showcasing a sound foundation in culinary techniques and operations. Experience within a hotel environment is highly valued, with a Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery being desirable. You should possess strong organisational, time management, and communication skills, coupled with a creative mindset and a passion for food innovation and presentation. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
