Folly’s is a modern neighbourhood bar and bistro on the North Shore, looking for a FT Sous or Senior CDP with experience. At Folly’s we offer a la carte, set menus as well as one cracking Sunday roast. We are on a look out for a chef with a positive attitude and strong work ethic .
Successful applicants must be avaliable to work a variety of days throughout the week, including both week nights and weekends. Mondays closed.

Folly's Bar & Bistro, located in Cammeray on Sydney's North Shore (8 minute drive from the CBD, 10 minute bus from Wynyard), is set to open its doors in early November. A local bar & bistro, this will have a casual bar at the front with a great focus on beer, wines and cocktails, along with a serviced bistro out the back. Our food focus is Modern Australian cuisine, leaning heavier into European influence, and our drinks list will focus on Australian produce from local wine suppliers, seasonal produce and local breweries.
