JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have a demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills? We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our stewarding team as a Steward on a casual basis. 

The Role

As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment used in the production and service of food, as well as all Kitchen outlets and Stewarding areas. You will also be required to assist in setting function events. The Stewarding team work closely with Culinary and Food and Beverage staff to support the overall dining experience for our valued guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Steward, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
  • Flexibility to work various shift including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
