Our company is growing and with it comes exciting new opportunities for experienced Store Managers to join our team in our East Melbourne and Collins Place locations.

Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.

• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Ability to achieve sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets.
• Previous Store Manager experience is required.
• Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
• Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
• High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
• Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and other stores of our Network.
• Weekend and public holiday work will be required.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus.
