We’re seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Brisbane CBD crew!
We are a fresh food cafe, serving excellent coffee and quality, healthy food.

As Team Lead, you’re in charge of ensuring the store delivers consistently high quality service, with primary responsibilities in opening and closing the store and leading the team throughout the day while managing stock control, ordering and monitoring workflow quality.

You will help manage store presentation, assist in running the store to general budget, and participate in recruitment and training of staff as required (support provided). Additionally, you will be in regular communication with the Store Management Team with opportunities to raise any concerns, receive training and coordinate catering.

Characteristics and experience we’re looking for:

• An energetic team player with a commitment to do what they do, well
• Demonstrated leadership in hospitality (1 year required)
• Barista experience and skills is an essential part of this role
• Able to balance attention to detail & procedure compliance against hospitality service requirements
• Experience with rosters and wage cost control
• Qualified Food Safety Supervisor certification (can complete as required)
• Good communication and time management skills
