We have the perfect role for an energetic Storeperson to join our Purchasing team in supporting our 3 Sydney CBD based hospitality venues. 

About the Role

Reporting to our Purchasing Manager, this role will see you: 

• Receiving and ordering stock according to Group guidelines.  
• Maintaining the security of stock, stock control and quality assurance. 
• Completing internal stock transfers and stocking of bars and restaurants.
• Assisting our Purchasing Manager with stock takes.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment, beer lines, cool rooms, freezers and storerooms.
• Ensuring required hygiene standards and general housekeeping in stores, bar areas and product handling are maintained.
• Maintaining the stores accordance with Workplace, Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.

About You

• Experience in a cellar, store or F&B desirable.
• Highly organised with a diligent and methodical work ethic.
• Be able to work early starts and have flexibility to work some weekends.
• Good level of physical fitness as this is a hands-on role.
• Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid computer skills and excel skills.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
