JOB DESCRIPTION

Goldy's Tavern Collingwood is on the hunt for a full time supervisor to join the team. We are looking for someone to work with our Venue Manager & FOH team to maintain service standards, provide training and contribute to the overall success of the venue. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Duty Manager
Bar Supervisor
Front of Desk Supervisor
Waitstaff

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in leading & training a bar team
  • Easily familiar with all daily FOH operations
  • Great level of food and beverage knowledge
  • Initiative to prioritise with customer service
  • Ample experience working with keg systems
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environments, multitask and delegate
  • Strong work ethic, with a proactive can do attitude
  • Be a supportive player in a team environment
  • Be an effective intermediary between the Front of House staff and the Venue Manager
  • Show initiative and take responsibility
  • Excellent communication and service skills
  • Be present for all product and supplier training
  • Current RSA
  • Understanding of POS systems with experience in end of day procedures
