Job Description
Position: We are looking for friendly experienced bartenders and a supervisor who re passionate about the industry and excited by new projects, passionate about craft beer, cocktails and great food. Good craft beer knowledge and solid cocktail skills desirable. This is a multi-leveled pub with a 24 tap craft beer bar downstairs, The Lounge Bar on middle level and a Palm Springs inspired and cocktail focused The Rooftop Bar on the top floor.
Who we are: We are a small team of highly focused and motivated people with exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge. Quarrymans' is one of the biggest craft beer pubs in Sydney and has been committed to promoting Australian craft beers since 2013. Located in Pyrmont, near Darling Harbour and The Star. Clientele: corporate & locals
Supervisor- must have equivelent experience preferably in pub scenes. Good trouble shooting skills, work ethic, have managed team and done opening and closing on your own.
