We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Sommelier to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, knowledge of wine new and old world, a keen understanding of customer service, and the ability to drive business success.

Mr L’s will operate from Wednesday to Sunday. We prefer experienced applicants who can effectively communicate and understand customers' needs.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Sommelier experience
• Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
• Previous experience in delivering wine training is advantageous
• Must be up to date with industry trends
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Proven ability in building effective relationships
• WSET or CMS certification advantageous
• A valid RSA certificate
